HIRE YOUR KEY VENDORS
There’s nothing quite like the joy and excitement you feel planning your wedding! Let’s keep it that way. When it comes to one of the most important days of your lives, you should be present and enjoy every minute of it. Hire a wedding planner. Of course, we are biased, but take it from our past clients, it is worth the investment. We are a full service planning company that specializes in Zion National Park Weddings and Elopements. We’ll guide you front to back and genuinely WORK your wedding. My team and I are your advocate. We ensure you can be present and enjoy your day.
HIRE LOCAL VENDORS
When you’re considering the vendors you’re hiring, here are a few to check off your list. Photographer, Videographer, Venue, Florist, Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, DJ or Live Musician, Baker, Caterer, Transportation Services, Photo Booth, Desserts, Content Creator, Bar Tender, etc!
PERMIT
Before you start planning, you need to get a permit from the National Park Service. You can apply for a permit online at recreation.gov. If you plan to do a ceremony in the park itself, you will need to apply for their permit. It is a $100 fee that allows you to do a ceremony! Each location has different guests maximums, cars, etc. If you get married at a venue nearby, you don’t need to worry about this step!
ACCOMODATIONS
When planning a wedding, one of the most important things to consider is where your guests will stay. If you’re having a destination wedding in Zion National Park, you’ll want to make sure your guests have comfortable and convenient accommodations. We will guide you to the best hotel blocks, all inclusive venue spaces, and more! We always recommend nailing down your guest list first to know how many people you need to plan for.
WEATHER
Weather in Zion National Park can be unpredictable, so make sure to plan for all possibilities. Springdale sees negative temperatures and temperatures past the 100s. We always like to include backup plans when planning. Consider renting a tent or indoor space in case of rain or extreme heat. We have a sister company, St. George Party Rentals, where we rent out large tents, umbrellas, heaters, and more!
GET CREATIVE
Zion provides a stunning backdrop for your wedding, so consider incorporating the natural beauty of the park into your ceremony and reception. You can also choose to have a themed wedding that complements the park’s surroundings. We always recommend choosing colors and patterns that match the natural elements surrounding you.
UNIQUE TOUCHES
Since Zion National Park is a protected area, it’s important to consider eco-friendly options when planning your wedding. You can choose to use biodegradable confetti or opt for a digital invitation to reduce waste. Incorporate personal items like photos, memories; movie tickets, letters, etc. Make your day YOURS.
